I had an absolute fabulous time with Amanda (the associate) who helped me find a perfect gown around my budget. She was friendly and inviting. We had the shop to ourselves so it felt super special. Definitely recommend !

Amanda is absolutely amazing! I am so grateful I met her and Bridal Direct at the KW wedding show. I would highly recommend seeing Amanda for all your dress needs. Not only is she kind, funny, and knowledgeable but she made the whole experience comfortable and inviting. Hands down one of the best experiences during my wedding was finding my dress with her. I am not always comfortable in my own skin but Amanda made the process of trying on dresses really easy, not judgmental, and fully there to support so you can really picture how you would look in the dress.My good friend is getting married this year and she was nervous when her first dress option did not work out. I recommended Amanda right away! Her first visit my friend found the perfect dress and got to have a wonderful experience in the process.These memories are the ones we will hold onto for a very long time. I purchased my gown from Bridals Direct yesterday and was very impressed with their service! Since they’re by appointment only we were the only people in the whole store and our consultant Jinei was amazing. She was quickly able to understand what we were looking for and find my dream dress for a fraction of what I would have paid to get a similar dress shipped in! They were even able to drop the price further to help with the costs of my alterations. At the end of our appointment we weren’t quite ready to make our decision, but Jinei promised she wouldn’t pull the dress for anyone else for the rest of the day, so when we returned to the plaza later in the day for another appointment nearby we were able to compare the dress with available options for order. In the end, I can say you will never find a better deal if you can find your dream dress here.

Today I said YES to my dress. Amanda was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and made the experience fun and exciting. There were so many beautiful gowns, and for a fraction of the price. I was able to find one of my favourite designers and a dress that made me feel beautiful! I knew it was the dress when I started getting teary-eyed. Amanda also found the most beautiful and delicate veil to go with the gown, and again, for a fraction of the price. I highly recommend this location!

Exceptional service. Amanda was an absolute pleasure. She helped us with a very last minute emergency need for a dress. She went above and beyond in care, helpfulness, patience and knowledge and showed a genuine interest in solving our problems. After trying a few other consignment stores, I had an AMAZING experience here! The place doesn't look like much and isn't as pretty as other stores, but Jinei was absolutely incredible and definitely made up for any lack in atmosphere. She was so positive and fun. She listened to what I wanted, brought me a variety of options to try, and went above and beyond in helping me to envision potential alterations. At no other store did I feel like the consultant really understood what I was looking for, so it was a relief to find someone I could trust to listen to what I did and didn't like about each dress and adjust accordingly. And there were so many dresses to choose from! I found my dream dress for an incredible price, and Jinei was so patient in letting me take my time in deciding and then letting me just hang out when I didn't want to change out of the dress! The overall experience was just phenomenal, and the prices make it even more amazing. I would highly recommend it to any brides!
